Communications	Lessees may conclude agreements with communication providers operating in the property.
Terms of payment	Monthly rent payments.
Energy supply	Lessee pays actually used energy.
Deposit	Equals to rent for 3 months.
Term of lease	Between 11 months and 5 years.
